A wide, panoramic shot of a modern European cityscape at dusk, photographed from a high vantage point, with softly glowing office windows and streetlights tracing the avenues. In the sky above, a semi-transparent overlay of the Algerian flag blends harmoniously with the clouds, while subtle graphical lines connect the city to small, glowing points over other European capitals, symbolizing Constituency 7 abroad. The lighting captures the last blue tones of evening with warm highlights from the city below, creating a dynamic yet composed mood. Photographic realism with slight digital graphic enhancement, using rule-of-thirds composition, sharp focus on the city and gentle vignetting at the edges, evokes connection, reach, and national unity across Europe for the FLN7Abroad campaign.

Electoral Program

Key commitments and priorities of the National Liberation Front (FLN) candidates for Constituency 7 abroad in the July 2026 legislative elections

The Program

Based on the political developments in Algeria at the beginning of 2026 and the ongoing preparations for the upcoming legislative elections on 2 July 2026, the party focuses on combining continuity with meaningful renewal. It seeks to maintain its position as the leading political force by presenting new profiles and competencies while supporting the stability of state institutions. The party positions itself as a main supporter of the President of the Republic’s program and of the slogan “Victorious Algeria,” with an emphasis on strengthening the internal front to face regional challenges and promote participatory democracy. It will do this by activating the role of the Member of Parliament as a real link between citizens and the administration, and by upholding the sacred nature of the 1 November 1954 Declaration. The FLN affirms that it is the main force and faithful guardian of national principles, the guarantor of national identity and of memory, and a key actor in confronting security threats in the Sahel region. It also works to strengthen ties with friendly parties and liberation movements around the world, while reaffirming Algeria’s firm positions on just causes such as the Palestinian cause and the question of Western Sahara, and focusing on expanding and deepening relations in Africa.

Edit the existing image so that the small flag printed on the document on the desktop becomes the Algerian flag, keeping everything else in the scene identical.

Program Axes for Our Community

“Victorious Algeria”.
“Faithful to our principles, modern in our performance, and committed to youth”.
“Loyal to history – committed to the future”.

Drawing on the national foundations on which the National Liberation Front was built, and in light of the economic and social challenges and the fast-moving international changes, we commit to presenting a realistic program that puts the citizen at the center of priorities. It aims to achieve fair development, a strong economy, and quality public services, while preserving the stability and unity of the country.

Edit the existing campaign image so that any text on the whiteboard reading 'UK Abroad' or similar is completely removed, leaving the board clean or with abstract, unreadable markings. Also change the small desk flag so it clearly becomes the Algerian flag, keeping the people, room, colors, and general composition identical to the original.

Simplifying Consular Services

Faster, More Transparent Services for the Diaspora

Full digitalisation of all documents (passports, civil status, powers of attorney … )

Reducing processing times and introducing transparent online appointments

Creating a 24/7 direct support hotline for the community

Edit the existing campaign image to remove any Algerian or other national flags from the background while keeping the overall scene: an Algerian diaspora family and professionals abroad meeting with a legal advisor in a modern consulate-style office. Keep passports, official documents, and laptop visible on the table to symbolize legal support and protection of rights for Algerians overseas. Maintain a warm, trustworthy atmosphere, cinematic lighting, horizontal composition, high resolution. No visible flags or strong national symbols anywhere in the image.

Protecting Rights Abroad

Creating a legal task force to support Algerians in disputes (work, residence, discrimination)

Agreements with European countries to protect Algerian workers

Support for victims of fraud or exploitation

Engaged Algerian diaspora community meeting in Europe: diverse Algerian adults seated in a bright, modern community hall, some raising hands, others taking notes, with a facilitator leading a structured discussion. Small Algerian flags on tables, subtle European city skyline through large windows, neutral and trustworthy political campaign look that matches FLN7Abroad brand style.

Investment and Linking the Diaspora to the National Economy

Partial tax exemptions to encourage diaspora investments

Creating a “Single Window for the Diaspora” to facilitate projects in Algeria

Making it easier to transfer money with preferential conditions

A photorealistic, optimistic scene representing Housing Access for Algerians Abroad and fair access to national housing programs: a diverse group of Algerians abroad (young professionals, a small family, and an older couple) sitting around a modern table looking at a laptop and housing documents. On the laptop screen, show a simple, language-neutral housing portal interface with icons of houses and checkmarks, and subtle Algerian flag colors. In the background, a bright interior with a window showing an Algerian cityscape with apartment buildings, suggesting connection to national housing programs back home. Include small visual hints of fairness and transparency, like balanced scales icon or approved-stamp style icon on a document. Avoid any readable Arabic text; use icons and abstract shapes instead. Match the color grading and composition style of the other FLN7Abroad campaign images.

Housing and Real Estate

Housing programs for the diaspora at affordable, regulated prices

Facilitating the purchase of land and construction

Legal protection against real estate fraud

Edit the existing campaign image for the "Youth, Students & Future Generations – Investing in Human Potential" section so there are fewer students in the scene. Keep the same bright, modern learning or innovation space and overall composition, but reduce the number of visible people so the image feels less crowded—focus on a small group of 3–5 young Algerians collaborating around a table with laptops and notebooks, plus optionally one mentor or facilitator. Maintain the photorealistic style, optimistic mood, subtle Algerian color accents, and language-neutral icons (no readable Arabic text).

Education and Identity

Support for teaching Arabic to children of the diaspora

Creating schools or Algerian classes in coordination with host countries

Subsidised summer visit programs for children to discover Algeria

A photorealistic, optimistic scene representing easier movement between Algeria and abroad for Algerians. Show a bright, modern international airport with a clear view of a departures/arrivals area and a moving walkway. In the foreground, a traveler holding an Algerian passport and a boarding pass walks confidently toward a gate. In the mid-ground, digital screens show icons of planes and simple, language-neutral symbols (no Arabic text anywhere), with a subtle Algerian flag icon or colors integrated into the UI. Include diverse travelers (families, students, professionals) moving smoothly through the space, with a sense of efficiency and comfort. Avoid any readable Arabic text; signage should be icon-based or abstract. Match the color grading and composition style of the other FLN7Abroad campaign images.

Transport and Travel

Seasonal discounts on air and sea tickets

Improving services in ports and airports

Facilitating the transport of luggage and vehicles

Edit the existing image so that any abstract political or parliamentary symbol in the background (icons, logos, building outlines or similar) is completely removed. Replace it with a neutral, simple background like a plain wall or a blurred, generic presentation screen with indistinct text or soft shapes, with no recognizable symbols or logos. Keep the main scene: a photorealistic, optimistic meeting between elected representatives and members of the Algerian diaspora abroad (mixed ages and genders) in a modern meeting room, focusing on listening and participation around a table with documents and charts. No national flags and no clear political or institutional symbols in the background. Warm, trustworthy lighting, professional atmosphere, horizontal composition, high resolution.

Political Representation

Reviewing the system of diaspora representation in parliament

Involving competencies abroad in decision-making

Creating a permanent consultative council for the diaspora

A photorealistic, optimistic scene of an Algerian diaspora civil society meeting abroad. Mixed group of men and women (including young adults) sitting around a table in a modern community center or NGO-style meeting room. They are planning or discussing community projects: papers, notebooks, laptops, and a flipchart or whiteboard with simple diagrams and keywords like “associations”, “youth initiatives”, “transparency” (in Arabic or French) but no logos. Atmosphere of collaboration, integrity, and active citizenship. No national flags or party logos, no strong political symbols. Warm, natural lighting, horizontal composition, high resolution.

Supporting Civil Society Work

Transparent funding for serious associations only

Strict oversight to prevent “front associations”

Encouraging youth initiatives

Photorealistic, optimistic scene of a single Algerian diaspora citizen in a modern home or co-working space abroad, using a laptop and smartphone to communicate directly with Algerian institutions. The laptop screen shows a simplified, generic interface for contacting consulates, ministries, or public services (with neutral icons and Arabic or French text labels like 'الخدمات القنصلية' or 'خدمات رقمية' but no logos). The person looks focused and reassured, with official-looking documents such as ID, passport, or forms on the table, symbolizing easier administrative procedures and digital services for Algerians abroad. No national flags, no party logos, no strong political symbols. Warm, trustworthy lighting, horizontal composition, high resolution.

Digital Transformation

A unified mobile app for the diaspora (documents, complaints, information)

A direct communication platform with Algerian institutions

A photorealistic, optimistic campaign image illustrating the theme "Our Commitment – We believe representation must be: practical, accessible, modern, and responsive to citizens’ real concerns" for Algerians abroad. Show an Algerian representative or candidate (gender-neutral, professional, approachable) in a modern office or community space, actively listening and talking with a small, diverse group of Algerians from the diaspora (different ages, including one older person and one younger adult). On a large digital screen or tablet, display a simple, language-neutral interface showing consultation tools: icons for surveys, messages, video calls, and location pins, hinting at accessibility and modern digital channels (no readable Arabic text). Include subtle visual cues of practicality and responsiveness, such as notes on a tablet, a visible checklist, or charts with upward trends. Integrate gentle Algerian flag colors into UI elements and decor without overusing flags. The overall mood should be trustworthy, down-to-earth, and forward-looking, matching the existing FLN7Abroad campaign style and color grading.

Competencies and Temporary Return

“Transfer of expertise” programs (doctors, engineers, professors)

Facilitating temporary work in Algeria without administrative complications
